Everywhere you are
Any.do, Superlist, mymind and other CSV files
Many apps export a CSV file, and Twos reads them by their column names, so it works even when an app doesn't document its format.
Before you start
- Any.do: on the web or desktop app, export a board as CSV. Boards come with Family and Workspace plans. For personal lists, Any.do only exports archived tasks as CSV, from Settings. Import in Settings Integrations Any.do.
- Superlist: open Settings and choose Export data. Import the CSV in Settings Integrations Superlist.
- mymind: choose Export my mind on your Account page, then import the
cards.csvit saves in Settings Integrations mymind. - Any other app (TickTick, Asana, a spreadsheet): import the CSV in Settings Data Import data.
What comes across
Twos looks for columns by name:
- The text comes from a Title, Name, Task or Content column.
- Lists come from a List, Project, Folder or Board column, one Twos list each. With no such column, the file becomes one list.
- To-dos: a file with a Completed, Done or Status column, or a Due column, is a task list. Rows become to-dos, and finished rows come across completed.
- A due date still ahead becomes a reminder. Past dates stay in the note.
- Tags or Labels become tags, a URL or Link column becomes the thing's link, and Notes or Description become its note.
- Any other filled column is added to the note, so nothing is lost.
