OmniFocus and TaskPaper
OmniFocus exports TaskPaper, a plain-text task format, and Twos reads it. TaskPaper's own files work the same way.
Before you start
In OmniFocus on a Mac, choose File, then Export, and pick TaskPaper. Import the file in Settings Integrations OmniFocus & TaskPaper, or copy your projects as TaskPaper text and paste them there.
What comes across
- Each project becomes a list, and a project inside it becomes a heading.
- Tasks become to-dos, nested the way they were, with their notes.
- Tags and contexts become tags, and flagged tasks come across starred.
- Completed tasks come across done, and dropped ones canceled.
- A due date still ahead becomes a reminder.
